全市最平basement月租唔駛一千蚊？

根據PadMapper數據，多倫多市內一房單位月租中位數大約係$1830，而呢個midtown bungalow(平房)下層分租單位只係月租$999。租盤於Caledonia Road近Lawrence Ave，舉步可到巴士站，離最近嘅Glencairn地鐵站兩公里。附近有Metro, Walmart, Freshco等超市，鄰近亦有大型商場Yorkdale Mall。

單位有一房一廁，與上層共用洗衣乾衣同花園，租客需付全屋1/3水電費。

    Scarborough南邊、York、North York西邊都比較雜
    Basement睇間屋本身乾唔乾淨多唔多蛇蟲鼠蟻，舊屋樓上行步路大力啲你都會嘈到你
    最好有分門出入
